Refund Policy

If all refund criteria are satisfied, the credited amount will be processed back to the passenger’s account within a few business days. In exceptional cases where the designated vehicle fails to arrive as scheduled, the passenger qualifies for a complete refund. However, InstaCab takes all necessary steps to secure an alternative arrangement. If the passenger has independently arranged another ride, it is their responsibility to notify the service provider. Refunds will not be issued if the passenger fails to inform the company under such circumstances. Furthermore, if a passenger demands a refund without officially canceling their booking, InstaCab holds no obligation to process any reimbursement. For airport transfers, if the passenger does not appear at the specified pickup point without prior communication and the vehicle has arrived as scheduled, no refund will be provided.
